He listened to what we were after, took his time to properly design the system and the quality of the install was excellent. The team were very respectful and clean. We have now been using the system for a couple of weeks and couldn’t be happier, the airflow is very consistent in each room which is impressive, considering the complexity of the system. My TV died, and I took it here for repairs. The proprietor basically talked me out of getting it fixed and talked me in to getting a new one, which I did. At the Good Guys. Still, the man was honest and you have to respect that in this day and age. If my TV dies again, I will come here first. Highly recommended.UPDATE - I finally took in a different TV that needed repair. These guys fixed it within 24 hours, gave me a cable for free, and wanted to give me an old remote but the TV was too old for what they had in their box of old remotes.
