Outstanding and highly recommend! Josh is an absolute legend, he made the process of installing ducted reverse cycle and the removal of an old gas system - stress free. He listened to what we were after, took his time to properly design the system and the quality of the install was excellent. The team were very respectful and clean. We have now been using the system for a couple of weeks and couldn’t be happier, the airflow is very consistent in each room which is impressive, considering the complexity of the system. Don is very knowledgeable and provided a reasonable repair solution to our 11 year old air con system that the original installer recently told us was not fixable and needed replacement.So far everything seems to be working fine after the repairs, so hopefully this will last for some years.Also, Don is very punctual, courteous and professional. To begin with they were able to come over a day earlier than we had booked, which was great, but then when they did arrive, they weren’t at all rushed, spending a generous amount of time trying to figure out various options for me to move forward with: complete fix, partial risky fix, and replacement, all with cost estimates. Super helpful, super friendly and professional. Recommended.

My TV died, and I took it here for repairs. The proprietor basically talked me out of getting it fixed and talked me in to getting a new one, which I did. At the Good Guys. Still, the man was honest and you have to respect that in this day and age. If my TV dies again, I will come here first. Highly recommended.UPDATE - I finally took in a different TV that needed repair. These guys fixed it within 24 hours, gave me a cable for free, and wanted to give me an old remote but the TV was too old for what they had in their box of old remotes.
