I appreciate and admire the team's professional manners which are hard to find in the trade in these days.Most highly here was the professional attitude of the team.Josh was a very honest technician who provided a reasonable quote with valuable advice to the customer for the best outcome.The area where the job was done was clean nice and neat even under severe pouring rain and gutsy storms.The admin work also was completed perfectly without any hassles. My TV died, and I took it here for repairs. The proprietor basically talked me out of getting it fixed and talked me in to getting a new one, which I did. At the Good Guys. Still, the man was honest and you have to respect that in this day and age. If my TV dies again, I will come here first. Highly recommended.UPDATE - I finally took in a different TV that needed repair. These guys fixed it within 24 hours, gave me a cable for free, and wanted to give me an old remote but the TV was too old for what they had in their box of old remotes.
